This section brings together photographic work that sits outside the travel and hiking journals elsewhere on the site.

Some of it is ongoing. I photograph Istanbul regularly, mostly while walking through the city, and I’ll add these images gradually in small groups over time. Other sets are more self-contained, built around a particular place, period, or group of photographs that seem to belong together.
